2. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
If you are a minor under your local law, you must use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscription and Billing
Some LiveNote features may require a paid subscription. Billing and refunds are handled under Apple App Store policies.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- Prices and taxes are shown at checkout.
4. User Responsibilities
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes or infringe rights of others
- Interfere with normal operation of the app or service
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app without authorization
5. User Data and iCloud Sync
Notes, links, and categories may sync through Apple iCloud.
- The developer cannot access personal data stored in iCloud.
- You are responsible for managing your iCloud account and backups.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app, including code, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by LiveNote or respective rightsholders. Unauthorized use is restricted.
7. Service Changes and Suspension
LiveNote may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, improvement, or operational reasons. Access may be limited if these Terms are violated.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties. LiveNote is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
To the extent permitted by law, LiveNote's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to LiveNote in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
LiveNote may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless mandatory local law applies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In case of dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith.
